been pretty slow going lately

well, been out quite a few nights now, and have barely seen any movement! i think ive seen more deer in the fields after dark than i have infront of my stand... this evening was one of the quietest nights ever, at a couple points the woods was so silent all i could hear was my own ears ringing!!! which is nice since i can hear the branches and twigs and leaves cracking and rustling but wow, how quiet and unactive... been seeing squirrels and few birds thats bout it... had a few does the other night but not too many shooters or any in range... hopefully things will start getting more exciting here pretty soon with the pre rut and rut on the way... cant wait to get somethin brown down!
