Did anyone here see this before or have you used one?

Post  Mountainman Vic on Wed Jul 23, 2014 3:55 pm

I love my tree saddle but with them out of business I'm thinking this may be on my Christmas list.

:/ I don't know that that's going to work. She's a great shopper and that trip didn't cost us near as much as it could have. But I do like the way you're thinking.

Does she have a sewing machine?????? if so  I bet she could  just go to the local farm store for  rope/pulley's   and then head to the local  fabric store next and  make you one  a whole lot cheaper, Let me know if you need any more help, I still have all those photo's of you  in your tree saddle that day we went up to  your old Il  lease, I do not know any women married to a  Hunter that would not  find  those a little sexy lol!  lol!  lol!  lol!  lol! , that or say  and just admit she  married a Monkey man. Geez oh now you have me going  back thru over 7000 photos' on  photobucket   let alone after that 300,000+  on my external hard drive just to find them

Looks like a clot maker...with my clotting disorder I wouldn't dare try that. Do your feet hang?

Don't be so sure. I didn't think that the tree saddle would be but that thing, while not a comfy as a lot of tree stands was still surprisingly comfortable and Rick, while it is expensive, okay way over priced, It won't get stolen. Which is the big reason I love these stands. Other than a rope (which sometimes I don't leave if I can pull up my bow in my climbing path, and some steps, which are almost impossible to pick out. There is nothing there for other hunters to pick out. When hunting public land this thing is a must. Plus it fits in some of those trees that you just can't get a stand in. I will use it in Kentucky because of the lease being so small and not wanting to leave something that someone might lift when none of us on the lease are around. One stolen stand with ladder sticks and all could cost half half that much and leave you with nothing but  Cussing
