I'd love to get that price for whole, unskinned coons!

Here is my thoughts, if she didn't like it she should  shop elsewhere.  If I would have owned the place I would have told her to kick rocks and never come back. That's what is wrong with the world. Some people  think that the world revolves  around  them. Then things like this empowers them.  On the other hand $9.99 a pound for coons, I may have just hit the lottery.

I had coon once that was barbecued in a crockpot for 2 days and it was still barely edible!  I wouldn't hesitate to try it another way though.

Boss I have to agree with you 100% !!! The people in this world today think each and every little thing revolves around them. It has gotten so bad around here that towns have been talking about banning kids sled riding !!!!! I read and see these things and laugh, I'm still here and we used to ride runner sleds down the mountain behind my parents house, no its nothing like Vics area but its still 200 feet up !!
And they guy in florida is a transplant from good old Louisiana , so you know its got to be good Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy !!!

I ate coon one time , one time and one bite.  I would share the story but it is to long to type. I was the "new" guy in the first hunt club I ever belonged to. This brings back so many great memories and makes me a little sad at the same time. Time rolls on , so many not with us anymore.
