7 hours drive to my Kentucky lease...the guy I'm leasing this farm from has been supplying the video of the bucks for me!  He's also running a couple trail cams too!!

Thanks CW!!  She is pretty but really young!  I'm still not sure that its not a button yet.  The food plot should have take off by then and the beans will be lush and a deer magnet...The farmer planted them late They will be perfect for bow season!

Food plot is in...ryegrass, peas, radishes, forage rape and clove blend.  He's got it tucked in between a couple wooded fingers that connect a wooded creek and a large soybean field.  Hoping to set up a quiet safe area where the bucks will feel secure to establish as a staging area before feeding out in the big bean field.

I really like this set up!
1) Where this plot is tucked back in that corner...just made some inside corners very attractive right off that natural opening that leads to a great creek!
...you can hunt this if it catches you eye just hit their link above...

Trail Cam pull and I'm liking this 4 1/2 year old!  Could you imagine him in full velvet or all rutted up in the rut?!

Some nice young ones:

This is one of four of Bryan's farms at Whitetail Crossing in Kentucky in his DIY category.  http://www.whitetailcrossingkentucky.com/Kentucky-Whitetail.php?page=Do-It-Yourself#bc
This is the 90 acre farm.
This bucks is really becoming an everyday greeter to the cams!
He's not very wide but he's 4 1/2 and he appears to carry his mass well through out his beam. He got that cool drop/flyer coming off his main beam.
Notice the beautiful soybean field behind him!! Lord only knows what the cams are missing every night!!

The 8 filled out quite nicely!  I'm going back and forth if that 10 is actually the same deer as the earlier drop and maybe he just finished out the end of his main beam????  Either way I like him better or like the bottom 10 better than the one with the little drop!  I hope he shows himself sometime during my hunt and he stays in velvet!  But I would not let that pretty 8 walk away either!!
How many days til the 5th...NINE!!!
Thanks Bucky!  best of luck to you too!!
David I just may hit you up! I figure we are about a 50 minute ride?

Looks like some amazing property Matt, great looking bucks and that piebald maybe is a fawn? Hopefully it turns out to a buck, but good to have those genes in the area either way!

Good luck this year
