DeadZone DZ-32 60# (tuned down to 50# for my shoulder)
Officially, My wife got me this for Christmas. Unofficially, she gave it to me a month earlier so that I could practice with it, rather than using my old bow. I had a few thousand shots on the old bow (I'll leave out the brand name, enough of you know what it is), but I just wasn't getting a tight grouping. I was just about to the point where I figured that the grouping that I was getting was as good as it was going to get given the fact that I have a pretty worthless shoulder. In retrospect, the grouping that I was getting was as good as it was going to get with that bow.
Seriously, when I picked up the DeadZone, it just felt good in my hands. When I pulled it back, it felt a lot more stable, and obviously it is because I can no longer shoot groups of three like I had been doing. It's just not worth it replacing vanes...
Also, even though both bows are set at 50# (checked at my local Pro Shop), the DeadZone is faster. That's obvious for many reasons including the fact that there is about 4" less drop from 20 yards to 40 yards.
On top of all that, the DeadZone looks sharp! Hey, nothing wrong with something that works great and looks the part as well!!

What a difference it makes when you shoot a quality product from a Great company. For them only building bows the last few years I think they are ahead of the competition.

Well, you saw the difference it makes for me. If a bow doesn't feel right, you're going to have a hard time shooting tight groupings, that's just the way it goes. I couldn't be happier with this bow.

Well, I'm now in excess of 14,000 shots on this bow. Still happy as can be with it! All these shots, and never a hitch. What more can you ask, eh? Only thing is, this many shots, and it's now time to replace some strings!!
