A day in the life of some coyote hunters...
One of the best things in my opion about coyote hunting is just getting out and covering some ground and seeing some countryside. Today was one of those days when the wildlife was really out and about.
We saw a little bit of everything (or in some cases alot), managed to put down a couple yotes and generally had a great day just kickin around rural America.
Saw some roosters scratching out a living early while we were trying to cut a track.

Didn't get to many yote pics, still going for the gun first. Had some awesome dog work though

Should be a good spring...

Saw a few deer

You can add a covey of quail, a muskrat and coon to the mix but no pics of those

Some beautiful pictures there Jason and it looks like you all had a good day... Its humbling and just increases the respect I have for the game I pursue to see how these animals have the drive to survive in the rough and tortuous conditions they face throughout their day to day life...
Thanks for sharing man!

Great photo's , Jason,
Congrats on the yote , and , yes , I so agree with you _ nothing is better then" a great day just kickin around rural America.
That buck on the left looks great, and that one that has shed one side, does not look to shabby either
Thanks for sharing your day

You forgot to tell everyone that the deer picture was all the deer coming out of IL and into IN.
Great pictures, you really do get to see a lot of wildlife while chasing them yotes around. Great job on capturing it for the site.
