Hey Wisconsin
I know there are several of you guys on the forum, What the heck is going on up there? I was just reading about the opening night at your state fair..... You guys be careful up there, nip that crap in the bud. Whats strange is I havent seen anything on the mainstream news about it. I just happened to read a story about Al Sharpton blasting Fox again because they ran a head line that said Obamas Birthday party was a Hip Hop Bar B q, and someone commented on the fact that no one was reporting the state fair in Wisconsin

I have no idea what you're even talking about Willy. I honestly couldn't even tell you where the state fair is. In my part of the state more people worry about the county fairs and their beer tents. I will echo Rick's sentiments though and can't wait for that clown to leave office.

Re: Hey Wisconsin
Sure as heck doesn't make much sense to me... I havent ever really followed the state fair though, I am actually closer to the MN state fair. Milwaukee is a good 4 hrs away. I dont understand why all the violence
. I havent really heard a whole lot though. Ive read a few articles but I will have to check into the news now that you have me curious.
Biggest thing going on in my neck of the woods is the Lynyrd Skynyrd concert set for tonight was canceled. We got parked, got ready to load on the shuttle bus and heard word that the lead singer was rushed to Ramsey hospital in the twin cities for a serious staff infection in his head after a head trauma the previous week. So I wasted some good $$ on tickets, from the sounds of it, Skynyrd is going to try to be back and make it worth while for those who bought tickets and came to see them. Definitely one of the biggest things to happen to this smaller town of Clear Lake in over a decade. Was a bummer on the night, but what do ya do!

"Milwaukee Police said just after 11 p.m. they responded to complaints of an unruly mob attacking cars, people and leaving damage in its path.
Hundreds of young African American teens left the fairgrounds and made their way down to the surrounding neighborhoods, smashing car windows, throwing rocks and beating people who were leaving the fair.
Several people were punched in the face, a child was pushed to the ground, one woman required stitches and another will need surgery for her injuries.
Police are continuing to search for suspects involved in the incident.
One witness said he saw a group of 20-30 young men attack someone walking by.
"A group came through and the guy was kind of not really looking and was making his way through the crowd like anybody else would, and just wound up on his knees and they wound up punching him," the witness said.
"I had one kid you know asking me to sit on my porch until it cleared up because he was afraid to walk by himself."
Witnesses described the mobs as young African American teens. Milwaukee Aldermen Bob Donovan and Joe Dudzik released a bold statement on Friday about what they called a "deteriorating African American culture in our city," Fox 6 News reported.

Yeah we were planning on going to tha Skynyrd concert in Clear Lake as well. I can't believe how many people were expected to attend for such a small town.

That is just plain crazy!!! Where the hell are these kids parents? Oh I forgot your not "allowed" to discipline you kids the old fashion way any longer. CPS will haul you to court and label you a child abuser for handing out the same butt whoppins I got as a kid for getting out of line. No wonder the world is the way it is today...cause and effect are words of the past

Thats the exact samething that happened at the Iowa state fair last year. This year cops and city officials are putting out warnings that the right to carry law has a lot of people "packing" these days, and any mobs that want to start problems again this year will likely run into a pistol packin granny.

It seems to be happening everywhere, the town next to ours, Cambridge Ohio, had a guy get shot point blank with a 12 gauge 2 weeks ago in a bad drug deal and then another one got stabbed yesterday and is in serious condition in the hospital, this was unheard of in our small towns acouple of years ago, but know it seems commonplace, just says alot about the state of our country these days!!
