Some scrape pics

Post  booner40 on Mon Nov 02, 2009 3:11 pm

Put my camera over a scrape last week and was pleasantly surprised when I checked it this past weekend.

Wow great pictures! That first deer looks like a young buck with a ton of potential. The second one is just a plain stud!

Good luck putting one down! cheers

What state are you in Booner? My initial thought on the first buck was 2 1/2 but I'm thinking he could be a 3 1/2. That angle is hard to tell because it doesn't show his body very good.

I'd figure 3 1/2 at the very least. Only because I've never seen a 2 1/2 year old deer like that around here.

Those are some sweet looking bucks there Booner! I would put those bucks at 3 1/2. If you ever need a hunting partner, I can be your guy. LOL

Great pictures!!! I think the first one is 3.5 yr old. If you could pass him and he made it through the season, he would be awesome next year! Now the second one, I think he is a little older, and what an awesome deer! I would set my sights on him if I could. Either way both are great deer so good luck the rest of the season!

Ditto, he sure looks 3 1/2 to me- but he could be a year older, as the first two photo's of his body look bigger then the angle of the last photo of him

So how old do you think that bigger buck is in age?
